Mindfulness means being aware of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and environment. It means accepting our thoughts and feelings without judging them. Believing that there is no wrong or right way to feel or think. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.
